I cannot speak highly enough of Emily - principle of HomeGlow. Before I get into it, I must say at first that HomeGlow at first glance seems very approachable and professional.

I contacted her at very short notice, well after what most people would consider normal business hours, and despite that she was incredibly generous with her time and more than happy to help. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood everything I needed to know.

As someone who was navigating the process with plenty of questions and very little experience, I was expecting to feel a bit out of my depth. Instead, she was patient, approachable, and never once made me feel like any question was too small or silly. She took the time to explain things clearly, offered helpful advice, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.

What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s easy to find people who are good at their job, but it’s much rarer to find someone who goes above and beyond while making you feel respected, comfortable, and valued as a person.

The fact that she was willing to accommodate a last-minute inspection after hours speaks volumes about her dedication and work ethic. Her level of customer service was exceptional, and it is clear she genuinely cares about helping people rather than simply doing the minimum required.

If every property professional operated with the same level of integrity, patience, and commitment, the industry would have a fantastic reputation. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and am incredibly grateful for the time and effort she gave me this evening.

Thank you again for going the extra mile—it truly made a difference.
